Wheaten, BIRCHEN, Columbian, or black copper Marans?

Okay, so I only have wheaten marans now, I used o have cuckoo years ago but they have all since passed away. I prefer the wheaten marans much more though!

Shelley winning best maran at Staffordshire County Show.

As you can see, they have some feathering on their feet but not majorly. I would offer you some of my maran eggs but you live in Idaho and I live in England so i dont know if the eggs would travel well going that distance.
Why did you like your wheaten marans better than your cuckoo marans?

Comparing eggs. One hen has a dark egg with an occasional bloom that harkens back to langshan, since they have some ancestry rooted in that breed, but most of my girls lay nice dark eggs. Some are heavily spotted, some are a smooth even dark.
Edit: I don't hatch the wierd bloom hens eggs, they are just interesting. You can see the dark color peeking out from the scratches in the bloom.

One of my Easter Eggers lays the blue. I'm not sure which one yet. She's a new layer. We have one that lays am even lighter blue-green, a time of green egg layers and one EE lays tan, but it's pretty big.
