I have an approximately 18 week old Easter Egger that is wheezing with every breath she takes. She looks normal and is acting normal. I let them out of the coop this morning around 6:30 and she was fine. My kids went out around 11:30 this am and noticed this. The wheezing is quite loud. She was in the corner taking a dust bath and I could hear her when I walked into the coop. Should I be worried?? Is there anything I should do?? I did look at her nose and throat and didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

How is she doing?
Can you take a video of her, upload to youtube and provide a link?

There is a video HERE where a hen is experiencing Stidor this is when they may have something stuck and is part way blocking the airway (mucous, food, inflammation). If it doesn't resolve itself, then you may be dealing with a respiratory illness.

That does sound like stridor, the sound that @Wyorp Rock described. I have had a hen who did that after eating for a few hours, probably from a small piece of feed stuck in her airway, and she later was fine. Let us know if it goes away, or if she develops nasal drainage, sneezing, or a watery/bubbly eye.
