When and where to order Ducks..?

Thanks everyone.
I'll keep a hen or two for breeding. I have one drake, a Khaki, I am not sure if I should keep a male meat duck as well to breed w/my others or not. What do you think?
One of each hen is;
Khaki, Mallard and Peking.
If one of the Grimaud Hybrid Pekin is a hen, I will keep her.
Which male should I keep; Grimaud Hybrid Pekin or just Pekin?
