When are eggs safe to incubate/stops being a 'pullet/new' egg?

Ive hatched pullet eggs and every one hatched I dont know why people say not to.

As indeed they should, all eggs were designed to be incubated. The younger the mother the better, it's the old ones that have problems.

The young are more fertile, I was simply giving an example of that.

I too have had many great old birds that will hatch and rear youngsters, even when they have stopped laying completely.

I can't understand why any hobbyist poultry keeper would want to incubate artificially.

Isn't keeping chickens unnatural if you think about it?
Being domesticated isn't exactly a natural thing.
Unnecessary and a waste of time is just a personal opinion.
