When can chicks go outside

ive ad my ss chicks for almost 2 weeks. Im woneing when its safe for them to start staying outside in a coop?

They can go outside at about 4 weeks, when they have most of their adult feathers.

gotta love spring in Ohio. I guess they won't be going out to visit the pond for the first time today can't wait for the weather to break so I can take my new babies outside
