When can I give my roosters away?

My cockerels are 6 weeks old this weekend, and I want to know when I can start thinking of giving them away?

I would say you can give them away whenever your ready to. Why do you think you shouldn' t give them away?

I don't see why someone would ask when?

If you're 100% positive it is a rooster, go ahead, if you feel you don't need it at all. If you're just 90% or less positive it is a male, or you think you might need him, keep him a little longer to decide.

If you can keep them happy and healthy I dont see why the person you give them to cant do the same thing as long as they know what they are doing.
