When can I take my ducklings outside?

I have 3 female runner ducklings that are 4 weeks old I live in the uk and wondered how old they have to be to live outside permanently?:) it's about 20 degrees F today

I've had duck for years and I am sure they would really enjoy cold temperatures like that but it only get's that cold here in the deepest of the winter winter and thet would be for two to foue weeks at the worst of winters but I think if it really get's that cold wou would need to try to let them out for a few hours a day for a week and watch them after you bring them in and if you said eight weeks go for it as they would be getting close to full size or half size anyway ..........

Ducks do love the cold weather and are built for it .......
