When can I tell?

I have two Coturnix quail chicks that are two weeks old, will I be able to determine the gender yet?

I could sex mine at 3 weeks, definitely should be able to by 4 weeks. They will all have speckled chests like hens around 2 weeks. Then around 3 weeks the males will start to get the rusty brown colored chest and they will begin to lose their spots.
