When can I transfer?

I had some pips hatch this morning around 8am. The directions to the incubator says don't remove them until completely dry. It's been nearly 2 hours and still not dry yet. I'm thinking they need food and water. Should I wait or go ahead and transfer to brooder box?

It may take a few more hours for them to dry out. They can go at least 24 hours without food and water becasue they just absorbed the yolk for nutrition before hatching. If you have other eggs in there ready to hatch I would wait a while longer. they will be alright in there for a bit.
