when can i put my ducks and geese in the pen. and how long do they need heat for

I don't know what the nighttime temp is in Wisconsin these days, but
I would think that if the temp at night didn't get much lower than
the mid-50s, it should be OK. I leave mine in the brooder for a couple
of weeks and them move them outside during the day and back in at
night till I know the temps stay above 50 and then it outside for good. Thats just me and the
ducks are tougher than we give them credit for. I do know that the
quicker you can get them outside in the grass to wander and eat
and in the water the better they will do. I may be wrong but they seem
much happier outside and just seem to grow better.
Good fluffy hay and a good heat lamp will help their transition.
