I will take pictures tomorrow. The ducks came up my ramp and sat and walked around my ducks pen for the majority of the day. They are so scared. I don't have the heart to let them out to get poked and scared all day. They are very happy with their pen and their baby pool. Tough tough decisions.Pics?
In the first pic those are the 9 ducks that attack mine. They are very sweet to people but not so much to my babies lolSo the ducks in first pic aren't yours? those 2 crested are adorable. Glad they are happy and relaxed in their familiar home.![]()
My neighbors raised white crested ducks 2 years ago and i fell in love with them in our canal. I wpuldnt have raised my ducks if i knew tgey were going to raise ducks because of this problem im having with them intergrating.Crested Ducks are actually a genetic deformity...Their skulls are not closed which caused the puff on the head...If they were to get attacked by those other Ducks and suffer a head injury it could possibly kill them?....They seam happier safe in their pen....
Best wishes.....
