when can silkie chicks come off heat

hey, i got 3 silkie chicks there 5 weeks old when can thay come off heat ?

week 1 temp 95F
week 2 temp 90F
week 3 temp 85F
week 4 temp 80F
week 5 temp 75F etc...
What is the weather where you are? Does this help? You should be able to tell by the light, heat source. If they huddle together under the light, they are chilled. If they stay clear away from it, they are more comfortable with less heat.
