When did your earliest hen lay?

When did your earliest hen lay her first egg? If you could comment with her breed that would give some perspective! If you want to put the ages & breeds of more than one in the comments, I would love that too!

Thought it would be cool to see the different experiences! My hens are about 14 weeks and a few are getting wattles and slightly red (the ISAs and Barred Rocks), so I’m hoping we will get eggs before the winter from at least one or two of them!

My earliest chicken to ever lay an egg so far was at around 21 weeks. She was a EE.

My EE was just over 20 weeks.

25 weeks old, but they were at laying age without substantial light.
If you want good layers, pick Rhode Island Reds.

19 weeks and 2 days. She's a Black Australorp from TSC, one of three. The second one started 3 days later, and the last was laying a couple days after that.

I had my earliest hen lay at 12 weeks....she lays 2 eggs a day consistently...dont know here breed I will post pic in morning

My Swedish flower hen pullet started at 23 weeks, her mom started at 25 weeks.
