when did your rhode island reds and barred rocks start laying

My BR will be 20 weeks on July 3rd, and she isn't laying yet...although she's getting REALLY close I think!

2 of my RIR and my BR are 15 weeks and i am so excited for them to start laying. i hope it is 18 weeks and not 26
