when do Bantam COchins start to lay eggs???

just as title says. How old in general. I have one about 7 months old. Nada, nothing, zippo, nilche.

Cochins mature a bit slower than other breeds. What month was she hatched in (sorry, don't feel like doing math in my head, off to work.).
It's also the middle of winter- chickens usually don't lay now unless you artifically light the coop so they get more hours of light.

Mine was born in April, she started laying in January - I think that is .............36+ weeks, I kid you not
She layed for a month, now she is broody.............

I jsut got my first egg today. 40 weeks this thursday
