My bobwhites are 8 weeks old. When will they start laying? Also I have males in there too. Can I eat the fertilized eggs if I check for eggs twice a day?

Do I need nesting boxes for them to lay or will they just lay in a cornor?

Thanks

Yep, 20-24 weeks, that's why I went with the coturnix. Only have to wait 4-10 weeks for them
