When Do Broad Breasted Whites Get Broad?

I've got these 2 adorable Broad Breasted White turkeys from the feed store. Or at least they are supposed to be Broad Breasted Whites.

They are white now, but tan as poults, and they are very slim built. I keep looking at them and wondering when they are supposed to fill out in the breast area, because there is nothing there so far.

I suspect they are female, if that makes a difference in how they grow. They keep getting taller and not getting any bigger around. If they get any taller and skinnier, I am going to look into getting them jobs as fashion models.

Feel underneath them. You'll feel the breast bone, do the ribs feel like they slope up from there or does it feel more flat on the bottom with meaty feeling breast? My BB turkeys get exercise and don't sit in front of a feeder all day so they don't really look like a tank until their second year. Even then they don't look that huge, but looks can be deceiving. They can be heavier than they look.
