When do chickens reach the age of maturity?

Hi everyone,

I two of the following: Easter Eggers, Rhode Island Reds, Buff Orpingtons, and Barred Rocks. They were hatched around March 1st. I know they will begin laying at six months (September). But when will they be full grown? When will they get their adult faces in? Thank you in advance!!

They should reach their full size and form by 7-8 months, although some of the really large breeds like Jersey Giants and Brahmas will take longer.
