When do chickens stop laying due to age?

I have 7 remaining chickens from my original 12 ( 5 died either to internal egg laying , blocked intestines or cancer and I still get sad when I think about them) 5 of them are 8 years old and the other 2 are 6 years old. They are all still laying, I can get up to 5 eggs in one day but the average is 3-4. These are very much loved on chickens with free roaming and many treats during the day so was wondering if that had anything to do with them still laying. I was told that a chicken 8 years old is like a human being 80 years old. I think some have arthritis due to their reluctance to jump off the roost but could anyone tell me if they personally have chickens laying eggs at that age or even older? Thanks
