When do ducklings fly?

Mine are Mallards and roughly 7 weeks. They're flapping around a lot and they appear to be fully feathered, or pretty close.

Ducks are usually able to fly around 5-8 weeks. Ducks kept in captivity sometimes never learn to fly.
