When do I change from the baby chick food to the regular hen feed?

My chicks are almost completely feathered out.

Chicks should be fed their starter until they're about 8 weeks old. From 8 weeks to 20 weeks they should be fed finisher and from 20+ weeks they should be fed layer feed. (This is just an approximate list; feed should be determined by the development of the particular chicken.)
