Hi..you collect the eggs daily...i collect twice a day (morning and night ). And you can eat them right away. Is that what you were asking?

You can collect like most folks do once a day, you can eat them right away.

How long will they be safe to eat??

I once picked up Groc. Store eggs that had an expiration date that was SIX WEEKS out! So, I would say that if you gather your eggs daily and refrigerate them at that time you could safely eat your eggs for a month. I would not sell eggs that were over a week old--but that is just me..

I don't know the answer, but I believe he is asking: how many days can the egg be outside, unrefridgerated and still be safe to eat?
