when do i move chicks to brooder?

when can i move my chicks to the brooder? it hatched today around 4 PM and its looking good. do i need to wait for it to fluff out or something? it still looks a bit wet but its looking better

I always moved mine to the brooder a few hrs after they hatched,,I would let the dry little then move them. But I have heard you can leave them in the incubater a day or 2.

How many other eggs need to hatch?

I'd wait if that's the first.
