when do I put my girls back on layer feed

I switched my hens to flock raiser when I put my young pullets in with them. Now 3 of my 6 pullets are laying so when should I switch all of them to layer feed?

Put on layer feed right now. Whenever they start laying is the time to switch.

Even though I still have 3 that aren't laying yet? I also have a rooster in with them.

Yes, they can actually go on layer much earlier than that. So go ahead, layer feed is cheaper.
