When do Maran's typically lay?

My maran, Countess Chocula, JUST laid her first egg. It is small (like my other breeds' first eggs) and spotted! She is about 25 weeks old. It all began six months ago, and I am very much enjoying being a chicken lady!

It's a good size! My two cuckoo marans, Daisy and Pansy, have been taking turns laying every other day. Now and then both will lay on the same day, and then neither on the next day, but generally we get and average of three eggs from our four hens pullets. We're pleased!
