When do they start laying eggs? Ours are 16 weeks...

We bought ours from Atwoods too... I didnt know they had Wyandottes!!

They were just labeled production pullets. I just grabbed 5 little black chicks. All I cared at the time was the I was sure they were female and bred for egg laying. When they got their adult feathers I went looking for the breed and I hit the jackpot: Golden-laced Wyandottes!

I had a couple of pullets that started laying at 17 weeks but most started laying from 20 to 24 weeks, if that helps any.
 
I agree with the other posts. They will lay when they are ready. I had a couple of pullets that started laying at 17 weeks but most started laying from 20 to 24 weeks. Also I had a couple of birds that were nearly 30 weeks when they layed their first egg.
