When do they stop laying "pullet" eggs?

Mine got gradually bigger but it took about a month to 6 weeks. I occasionally got a double yolker during this time period.
 
I have 3 BSL the same age. Laying about 1mo now. One of them lays large eggs already. The others lay med size eggs.
 
Mine began laying 7/14 and the week following that...most are getting to the size of large store-bought eggs. This week I collected two or so that are larger than the large store-bought eggs...now sure if that is "jumbo" or what.
