When do you candle the chicken eggs and when to toss bad ones?

It seemed to darken in color and it fell off so the chick is free and no bleeding! But now I'm worried bc the others haven't pipped yet! Maybe this one was just early? I was planning on getting this chick out tomorrow once it fluffed up. Is it normal to have chicks the same size hatch days apart?

This one was pipped early this morning and I'm not sure how long it had been there through the night. It could be 12-18 hours since pip. It had made no progress and so I took the other chick out that was fluffy and ready. He was pecking at the other eggs. I checked on this egg and still chirping but doesn't seem to be moving much just kinda breathing. I wet the membrane a little and took the piece of shell off it was trying to get through all day. It seems tired or is just resting absorbing the yolk. When should I try to help it if no progress? I'm worried it would be dead by morning since it will be over 24 hours by then since pip

You can leave the one that's already hatched in the incubator. It's cheeping and movements will help motivate the other chicks to hatch. Just be patient and wait. If you notice it trying to make pecking movements, but aren't seeing any progress towards zipping, it might be time to very carefully and gently assist. I do suggest you read this article before you do anything, though.

Ok I put the other back in and it hatched pretty fast. The 1 day of chick was pecking it and pulling it around by its wing so I took it out lol. But this new chick seems to have its feet curled under. Should I just wait or is that a problem I can help now?

All 4 of our eggs have hatched within 24 hours of each other on day 18-19. I think partly bc they were small eggs since the hen is 6 months old. The tiniest little chicks! They all look the same and look different then the mom or dad as fluffy chicks so I have no idea what color they will be. The 2 under the heb hatched and are still alive so that is good she seems to be taking care of them. Still have 1 shipped egg left in the bator and it's still alive but I don't hear chirping. It's a bigger egg so maybe that's why.
Oh and thank you about the feet you were right, they fixed themselves

Ok so the 1 shipped egg was alive yesterday but hadn't internally pip. Checked today again and no movement at all. Put a little hole in the air sack and no internal pip. So do you think it just gave up and couldn't pip? Wondering how long I should leave it bc I am 90% sure it's dead but this is my first hatch so I guess it could be sleeping? But I tapped it and moved it all around and put it by the chicks and no movement. Also it doesn't seem to fill up the whole shell. All along its looked small in the shell
