When does egg-laying began??

    Real quick - I'm thinking the pullets start laying eggs around 20 weeks - is that the average? Thanks!!

    That is indeed average. If you have production layers, it can be a few weeks earlier, if you have heritage breeds it can be weeks to even a few months later.
