When does pecking order start?

I have four little chicks that are about 10 days old. There's been no pecking, but I have one chick who seems to be definitely kind of left out and stays on her own. She's very meek, and she's been clingy to me (I posted about her in another thread but didn't get any responses). Does pecking order start this early? I've been trying to decide how to deal with her-- give in to her desire to be with us and possibly make moving to the outdoor coop/chicken world more difficult...or ignore her so she starts to socialize with the others again? She seems to be separating herself from them but for no real reason that I can see.

I'm way over concerned for my little fluff ball, but it's tugging at my mama heart strings. :-( Could I get some reassurance or ideas about how to handle this?

I have noticed pecking order can start as chicks. Chickens are like people and have different attitudes that can change.. Eventually the birds will find their spot in the pecking order.
