when is too old?

Hi everyone! so, my rooster is just not getting along with his humans Is there a age that is too old to eat a rooster? My guy is almost a year. what do you think?

We processed a rooster that was at least 3 years old a few weeks ago. I cooked it real slow in the crockpot covered with stock. I must say it was very tender and delicious.

Yep! Low and slow! I pressure cook and it falls of the bone no matter what bird or how old.
