BEST thing I can do is Give both Grower pellets and layer and hope the teens are getting enough , because you can bet , the older eat as much grower as they do laying pellets .... LOL
Our flock is as such :
RIR's that are 8 - 9 months old
RIR'S that are around 4 1/2 - 5 months
Teens that are 14 - 15 weeks old
Bantams that are about 3 - 4 months old .
that percentage would never apply for my flock . LOL
