When should baby chick stand?

Hi,

Newby here. 1 of 3 buff orph eggs hatched 4.5 hours ago. How long should it take to stand? It took 19 hours from pip to hatch.

It will sit upright, but when it tries to move forward, it falls on its face. Peeps very loud and pecks strong at spots already. It's feet look a bit curled, and mid-leg joints (knees?) sit to side. Don't know what normal at 4.5 hours old is.

Mine usually take a day or so, I don't take them from the bator until they are standing.
