when should call ducks start laying

My husband and I bought some grey call ducks in October of last year. I thougt would have started laying by now.

But i am in canada. otheres in the Us have had them lay around march i belive. They lay between 25-75 eggs per year. and are very hard to hatch. I set 14 eggs last year and only had 4 hatch. Thanks for your help we just thought something was wrong with them or we were not doing somthing right.

No, they should be fine. I think mine start laying around march, but I cannot really remember. However I found a call duck egg a week ago by the pond so I stuck it in the bator and it is actaully developing. As stated before I have had very limited success hatching call eggs, hopefully you have better luck.
