When should goslings switch from starter crumb to pellets?

My oldest is 6 weeks - I'm sure I read somewhere that now is an appropriate time to begin transitioning him to pellets and the fact that their bag of starter crumb will all be gone soon I just wanted confirmation from the community that it should be ok?

Yes they should be fine eating pellets at 6 weeks.

Norbert is mostly feathered now Lydia except for the area between his wings and tail where it's still downy, how long will it take for him to grow everything out?

Here are a couple of them when I arrived home from work a few minutes ago and a video of them yesterday of their first time in the canal

That made me laugh out loud aren’t they funny! And so beautiful and big!! Probably another 2-4 weeks before completely feathered.
