When should I add the nest boxes??, (the girls are now 10 weeks old)

Lola and Gloria are now 10 weeks old. When should I add the nest boxes, I was thinking of adding in two to the Coop/Run.

Mine started laying at around 19 weeks but I did see a post about a bird that started at 8 weeks!

I would say if you have free time this weekend get it done.
