When should I assist a hatching duck?

Was you able to see the videos does he look okay? Should I let him be or turn him? The clear space just bothers me. Thank you for all you help I really appreciate it!

Yes, I was able to see the video. From what I see, everything looks ok. He's probably just a late hatcher. Turning him is not a good idea.
