When should i expect this EE to start laying?

Onset of laying in EE is all over the place. Although some start earlier, many are 6 months or older before starting to lay. A lot also depends on their age as daylight period starts to shorten.

She doesn't look ready yet. When they are close to laying, the comb will be bigger and redder. Since it is fall now, she likely will not lay until spring. There is no way to predict egg color.

EEs vary alot. Our's didn't start laying until close to 10 months.

Most likely blue or green eggs. Especially since the blue/green egg gene is linked to pea comb and most EEs lay blue or green eggs.
