When should I introduce food with Sour Crop??

Feather has had clear diarrhea for several days. I felt her crop yesterday morning and it was hard. I isolated her and massaged her crop and shortly after it just felt squishy. I massaged her crop throughout the day after giving her coconut oil I didn't give her any food during this time. Side note, her diarrhea is extremely sour smelling, so I assume sour crop. This morning her crop was just squishy not hard. I started treating her with Miconazole and Safe-guard yesterday. She had clear diarrhea again this morning and it was filled with what looked like tiny light green worms. I think this may be the culprit. I'm assuming they died from the Safe-guard.
She is drinking plenty of water on her own. My question is, when should I introduce food? Also, should I add grit? And, should I keep massaging her crop? I have been putting chicken probiotics in her water and I've read differing opinions on introducing probiotics during sour crop treatment. Should I continue the probiotics?

You already know the answers to all your questions. I'm going to validate and encourage all of your inclinations, urging you to trust your intuition since it's the product of all of the knowledge you have about your hen.

Yes, you are correct in deciding to treat the crop disorder and also to treat for the worms you suspected could be causing her problems. Worm load can slow down crop function. You are astute in deciding probiotics and grit are important and helpful to restore crop and digestive functions.

You also know deep down that you may offer her favorite foods now.

See? You really didn't need to ask. You've been doing it right all along.
