When should I open the incubator?

I have 12 hatchlings that hatched yesterday (a few the night before) 1 egg hatching right now and 2 that haven't started hatching yet. I am anxious to get the hatchlings under a broody but I want to give the unhatched every chance I can. I don't want to shrink wrap them. Incubator humidity is 88%. Is it okay to open the incubator a little bit to take 1 chick out at a time?

Personally I open my incubator and remove chicks and I’ve never had a problem. Not to say that it couldn’t happen as it could but they are your eggs and only you can make that decision.
