when should I stop turning duck & turkey eggs?

I have some duck and turkey eggs that have been in the bator for 21 days. I was told they would hatch somewhere between 28 to 30 days but when should I stop turning them? Or rather stop the turner) and move them into the hatcher? should I move them on day 28 or three of four days before that? Crystal

I would take the turner out of the bator and put the eggs back in the bator on the 25th day. Now that's just what I would do. Good Luck!
