Are you planning to get her spayed a year from now? Keep in mind that although it is a very risky surgery, it is basically essential if you want your female rabbit to live a long life.
As she gets older (~5 years), she may become less able to clean her groin due to arthritis, at which point you will have to regularly check to make sure that her groin is as clean as possible; especially during the summer.

One more thing; if your vet says that either a) rabbits are rodents, or b) that you shouldn't feed Bella prior to surgery, then you need to find a different vet.
