When should I take the chicks out of the incubator

I’ve recently hatched two chicks one has gone 24hrs in the incubator the other will be at 24 in a few hrs but they don’t look completely dry however I just checked and they feel dry they both have one or two little spots that still look wet but aren’t (other than those spots they’re fluffy)and I was wondering if that’s maybe dried in stuff from their egg. Would I be ok the move them or should I wait longer

ok thank you this is my first time hatching eggs so I just wanted to double check

I take them as soon as I have two hatched, and after the first two, I take them as soon as they're dry. Not poofy, just dry. They poof up in the brooder

They’re doing great
