When To Boot Em Out? Feathers, Age, or What?

Do you mind if I call you Cochy or something ? LOL I mean like, lets see if I can describe this well. When the jar part is upside down with the opening at the top to fill it all the way means as much liquid as you can put in it b4 attaching the part they drink out of. Is that clear or should I add a pic or something? LOL

It depends on your nighttime lows. At 4 weeks they should be fine at 70 degrees, but may need some heat if it drops much lower. An ordinary light bulb is usually enough at that point. Their behavior during the cold part of the night will tell you. If they pile, they are too cold. If they cuddle up next to each other, they are being sociable and are fine.

ddawn,
That's what I use, just an ordinary light bulb, and only at night. It's getting pretty warm here so they don't really need it for warmth. They are still babies and are kinda chicken, LOL.
