When To Butcher ????

Do you know about how heavy each one is on average? What kind of feed are you using?

I dont know how heavy they are and im using the meat poultry agrimaster feed from Farm and Fleet but until they were 3 weeks they had basic unmedicated chick feed.

Does the feed you are using list the percentage of protien? I am using 20% and all is well, although a little slow but that's because I got bonus dual purpose chicks with my laying hen order. It takes alittle longer to raise DP breeds but I'm thinking that CornishX should be approaching 6-7 lbs. live at 8 weeks. If I'm wrong, please, someone correct me.

My birds dress out at an average of 6.5 lbs, with live weight of 8-10 lbs. I feed 20% protein non medicated broiler feed all the way through- from day one till processing day.
