I now have 5 ducks(3 ducklings hatched 7 weeks ago) and am overwhelmed with animals so long story short-Is it feasable to cook the 3 ducklings at 8 wks. of age or is that too late/early? They are WH/Call duck and I understand they aren't traditional meat ducks but can NOT keep more animals.The little bit of info I can find I am planning on roasting but is it like with chickens and its too late(as they are almost full size now) and I should make soup??? Suggestions?
