I currently feed each of my chickens (all ranging from 2-3 weeks in age) medicated Start & Grow and on average about 4 meal worms (again, per chicken). But I figure chicken is good for chicken, so what can I start feeding them it? Also when can I start giving them chicken scratch?

Keep your chicks on the starter until they are at LEAST 8 weeks old. They don't need anything other than the starter until then. When you switch them to scratch do it gradually by adding a little on day one, than a little more on day 2, etc. until they are getting just scratch. I have never heard of anyone worrying about when to feed chickens chicken, but mine do get some kitchen scraps, tuna and cat food on occasion, so I guess it's alright. But don't do it until they are fully grown and have been on adult feed for at least a month or so.

Maybe the OP meant Chicken Scratch, Mine will still get the occasional cooked chicken carcass.
