When to give up?

I lockeddown chicken eggs Friday morning. So far the 1st chick that came out at noon yesterday died today (it's still in the incubator), the 2nd chick that hatched yesterday is doing great and very strong, the 3rd chick hatched between 4-7 am today and is weak but so far so good. I have 1 more that has pipped but not making much progress. I don't see any activity in any of the other eggs. I'm waiting for the last pipped chick no matter how long it takes but once it hatches how long do I keep the incubator on? Is there a chance that I might see more pips from the others? What is the longest time I need to wait before giving up on the others?

At least 23 days...leave them in. If lockdown was Friday then today is day 21. Don't give up yet!
