I decided to give one of my broody hens what she wanted, and now i have two cute 2 week old chicks. I have them in a separate area in the coop. They can still see everyone else. When can i let them out of that area and in with the rest of the flock?

You can give them some time during the day while you're watching to see if the flock picks on them.

I have about 7 broody hens all free-ranging raising chicks and the rest of the flock just ignores them.

I've never kept them penned separately, BUT I watched them the first day or so to make sure none were getting picked on.

If another chicken does get kinda close, moms raise a ruckus and the "offender" moves off.

Your chicks are 2 weeks old, so they're definitely old enoug to keep up with mom while she teaches them how to forage.

I also have a guinea pair raising 9 babies in the woods someplace (I have no idea where).

They come out of the woods early in the morning to get the early bugs and they wander around all day long and then disappear before I have a chance to see them go.
