When to move outside full time?

I have 4 7week old chicks. I live in texas and so it's about 100degrees most afternoons( starting at about 1-3pm) and cools down againat about 7pm. Can I move my chicks outside full time or is it too jot for them? I work so I can't be around to bring them in or anything til after 3pm. Should I wait longer or will they be ok? These are my first chickens so I am totally new to all this. Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.

Personally I think they would be fine as long as you're offering shade and I would add ice (I use containers that I freeze) to their water.. making sure they have plenty of it or adding an extra waterer of electrolytes?
